Dinners: week of January 27

I'm rolling over a few meals from last week that we didn't end up eating because my lentil soup made enough for leftovers, and on Friday night I opted for canned soup. I don't know why, but we can't ever get out of Meijer for less than $100 and it drives me crazy. This week we have to pay for our new house inspection, and I'm bound and determined to buy the absolute bare minimum. I'm also going to be working late 2 nights this week, which means Jeff will be eating freezer meals or canned soup (sorry, Jeff).

• Quinoa patties with tzatziki
• Chicken, broccoli, and rice casserole - maybe some version of this recipe
• Black bean stew with sweet potatoes
• Eggs, chicken sausage and toast
