Dinners: week of January 6

This weekend we're going to Ann Arbor to visit the Myer family at their new house. Then we're dropping Graham and Cooper at Marsha and Harold's and going to the new brewery in Chelsea. On Sunday, Jeff and I are going to a UM basketball game. Then headed back home. I'm preparing for another challenging road trip with a crying Graham since unfortunately our drive home will be during prime time afternoon awake time. We'll pack toys and snacks...

So, starting Sunday, we'll be eating:

• BLTs with avocado
• Pasta with spinach sauce and ground turkey
• Spinach and feta fritatta
• Chicken fried rice
• Pasta e fagioli 
• Loaded baked sweet potatoes
