Dinners: Week of May 28th
I always feel so accomplished when I not only chop all my veggies for the week, but when I think about how I can prep one meal while making another.
- Monday: Turkey White Bean Chili and salad
- Tuesday: Pasta with Sauteed Zucchini and Summer Squash
- Wednesday: Black Bean Tacos
- Thursday: Turkey Burgers with Pasta Salad (using pasta from Tuesday's dinner)
- Friday: Chicken Stir fry
