Dinners: Week of May 28th

I always feel so accomplished when I not only chop all my veggies for the week, but when I think about how I can prep one meal while making another.

  • Monday: Turkey White Bean Chili and salad
  • Tuesday: Pasta with Sauteed Zucchini and Summer Squash
  • Wednesday: Black Bean Tacos
  • Thursday: Turkey Burgers with Pasta Salad (using pasta from Tuesday's dinner)
  • Friday: Chicken Stir fry
