Dinners: week of July 4th!

A few dinners were had at my in-laws, including perhaps the best turkey burgers I've ever eaten (thank you, Whole Foods).  So we only have 5 meals to prepare.  I was feeling the need to diversify a little this week.

  • Turkey Tacos (ok, this isn't so unusual)
  • BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with Coleslaw and Corn Pudding
  • White Bean Ragout
  • Cacio e Pepe with Salad
  • Soba Noodle Salad
